Cancellations
What is your order cancellation policy?
In case you made a mistake, place a duplicate order or want to cancel for some other reason, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (preferably within 1 hour)! Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour after placing them. If you try to cancel your order after your order was shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund as the item has already left our warehouse. In this case, you can only return the product after receiving it.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the charge date - once the order has been charged and processed we will be unable to cancel the order. Cancelling your subscription affects future orders only, so you will be responsible for all orders processed before the cancellation.

Incorrect Shipping Address
TryCleanly is not liable for false/incorrect shipping information submitted by a customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. You can check your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email you will receive after placing your order. If you haven't received your Order Confirmation email, please contact us at info@trycleanly.com.
If you made a mistake on your shipping address while placing your order please contact us at info@trycleanly.com with the correct information within one hour so our customer service team can help rectify the issue.
If you try to change your shipping address after your order was shipped, we will not be able to do it as the item has already left our warehouse. We will be able to change your shipping address only for further orders.
If your package had not been delivered and was returned to the sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, unfortunately, we can't issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@trycleanly.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In case your product got damaged during transit we'll offer you an exchange. There is no need to ship anything back to us. Please contact us at info@trycleanly.com to resolve this issue.
Returns and 100% Money-Back Guarantee
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you want to return your order, please contact us at info@trycleanly.com to start your return. Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us. If you return your package back to our warehouse without contacting us first, you will be subject to a standard fee of $5.00.
Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee is only applicable to your first order with TryCleanly. Please note that we won't be able to offer a refund or return for the whole subscription period. We can offer a refund or return for your first purchase (or the first month) of your subscription. Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
